Re: Connect PLEN2 with Windows 10

Hi, anzenbp

Just for confirmation, Have you install Arduino IDE released by arduino.cc?
I think the issue was caused by there is no device driver for Arduino Micro.

Hi Guvalif,

Re: Connect PLEN2 with Windows 10

I had a same probrem.

I installed arduino IDE 1.8.3 for "windows store app".

1) I start ControlServer Win V2.4.0
2) I connect the robot with my notebook via usb
3) the eyes (leds) light and blink
4) I press the button "connect" in the "PLENUtil" running on "http://localhost:17264/"
5) I get the message: "USB connection has been disconnected!"

I unistalled windows store version's arduino IDE.
And Installed windows exe vresion's arduino IDE 1.8.3.

During installing, usb device driver installed, and can connect ControlServer.
