PLEN2 does not play back Motion even it is connected

I am able to play back motion with Serial port but not with iPhone App (PLENConnect)

When using iPhone PLENConnect. After it is connected, when I press on the buttons of the motions, the LED (eye) only flash but it does not move.

Any people have the same issue, please?

I am using Firmware 1.4.2.

Just for confirmation, do you do pairing your smartphone with PLEN before running the apps?
