Hi,
I think ASV-15 is only available in Japan.
ES08-MD[ http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EDGMRDU ] is available in many countries and has almost the same dimensions.
Just for referece.

I tested a EMAX ES08MD servo on the PLEN2 base board. It does not work. The servo does not work with the 3.3 V control signal. Also the diameter of the horn mount is different.

FYI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqJm196Obao
He/She looks like he/she uses EMAX's servo, and it is perfectly succeeded.
In addition beforehand, we have not used a 3.3V control signals.

Please confirm this matter one more time.

Anybody can confirm that Emax ES08MD/ES08MD II are compatible the the servo brackets and servo horns .stl files?
Also they are working official control board?

The EMAX ES08MD I used was broken. Other servos I tested worked fine. Different servos use different pulse width for a certain angle. The PLEN servos have a wider pulse width range than e.g. a low cost SG90 (which has different dimensions).
I you used the PLEN servos you can ask for help. I you use other you make have to tweak some things in the design.

You mean the Emax servos not fit properly with the .stl parts?
From this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqJm196Obao ,he is using Emax ES08MD/ES08MD II servos. But I don't how he fit the servo output spline to the .stl parts. And I think he is using other control board to run the robot, see the body was modified but the robot action looks so smooth :)

Hi, Paradox.
We use "ASV-15" that was cut excess screwed portions.
Its work is hard moderately but you could buy servos from our shop ;)
Hi Guvalif,
I 'd like to know if we buy the servos from the PLEN shop,do all 18 servos come with the same specs from this link?http://www.robotsfx.com/robot/ASV-15.html
Are those 18 servos type A=160 degree or type B=140 degress?
Thanks.

Hi, cliffkhew
The servos specifications were suggested as below.
Actually, we are using the servos which satisfies same specification ASV-15 has.
For example, ASV-15, ES08-MD, and so on.
Please note that the servos have same specification these have, but the servos are not the same those. X(
We have been providing original servos for PLEN series robots. Using other servos is not supported and guaranteed.

PLEN用サーボは今,買うことができますでしょうか?
SHOPを見ましたが,サーボのみの販売は見当たりませんでした.
(買うかどうかは値段次第ですが)
Can I get servos for PLEN now?
I can't find only servos at your shop.
(I'll decide to buy that by price)
