questions about the schematic files

Hello,I want to know what is the exactly type of IC1 in plen_headboard.sch,because I can  not find the chip named "max34short" which listed in the sch file,and please tell me the exactly values for R5,R6,R7,R8 in the file plen_headboard.sch,I found they were all missed.Thanks!

even any RS-485 transceiver  MAX34xx in SO-8 package could be used
